What types of wire do you use to wrap the pendants?

Sterling Silver (925) and Argentium (935) wire on request

Tarnish Resistant Silver
Copper
Silver Plated Copper
Tarnish Resistant Vintage
Tarnish Resistant Black

What other mediums do you use in your creations?

We use organic silver clay (.999 silver),  resin, melted glass, various beads for jewellery.
We use acrylic paint for tiles and canvas wall art.
We use resin and jesmonite for coasters, trinket trays and soap dishes


What size of chains do you supply and what type of metal are they?

All metal chains are sterling silver for and 18 inches standard, unless otherwise stated.
We also supply pendants on 17.5 inch waxed cotton chains in various colours. As standard we match these to the pendant colours
NB: Other sizes can be requested prior to purchase.

Do you post outside of the UK?

We do our best to post all over the world. Some packages may be subject to additional export charges and time delays due to current covid requirements. As we are no longer part of the European Union, we are subject to higher courier charges and some restrictions. Any questions, please send an email to info@theseaglasscompany.co.uk

Where is the sea glass from?

Predominantly the sea glass is collected from the beaches of Northumberland and the North East of England, including Seaham.  However some pieces may come from other places in the UK and around the world. and these details will be included in the description.  e.g. this glass is from Aruba.

Do you wrap any other materials?

Yes, occasionally we wrap cabochons and crystals.

Will you wrap sea glass that is supplied to you?

Yes, we understand the thrill of finding your own sea glass and will wrap it for you.

Do you take commissions?

We do take commissions for all creative products on this website.

Do you gift wrap items?

Each product listed is provided with packaging options.  If you have any special requests, please contact us.

Do you accept returns?

 

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return within 14 days for receipt. Please note you are responsible for the postage and safe return of your item.  Commissioned pieces will be subject to a partial refund.

In the unfortunate event of your delivery being damaged, please photograph the damage and email to info@theseaglasscompany.co.uk, and return with all its original packaging within 14 days. A full refund will be issued on receipt of your item
